Barrel Emptying Machine

Automatic barrel press system that discharges high viscosity products quickly and safely with minimum labor.

Product Features

The barrel discharge system is a specially designed machine to transfer medium and high viscosity oil, soap or similar raw materials out of the barrel. The raw material filled, fully open hooped barrel is brought to the machine's lower table by a pallet truck. The operator places the barrel on the platform and presses the two-handed safety start button. The silicone sealed press mirror plate is pressed onto the raw material in the barrel with high-pressure hydraulic cylinders. The product is pumped up with the monopump mounted on the press mirror and discharged out. When the barrel is empty, the press chuck automatically comes out and the system is ready for a new barrel.
