Product Features

These are process machines used to obtain colloidal structure in liquid / semi-liquid products. The machine has a rotor & stator system head that works together and rotates at high speed. The rotor-stator gap can be manually adjusted up to 0.1 mm according to the target particle size. Provides excellent homogenization in emulsions and suspensions.

  • Closed Circuit (Inline) Operation: Product loss and consumption are zero.

  • Adjustable Transition Range: Can be easily adjusted by the operator before starting.

  • Particle Size: Varies between 5 microns - 50 microns.

  • Sealing: Fully compatible with mechanical seal systems.
