Product Features

The IBC tank mixer is designed to mix liquid products in 1000 L standard plastic IBC tanks. It is used to eliminate possible phase separation problems that may occur especially during transportation or waiting in the storage area and to homogenize the product in the tank in a short time. The chassis of the mixer is manufactured in a way that it can be easily mounted to the outer chassis of the IBC tank from a cage-structured steel profile. The head of the mixer enters through the Ø150 mm diameter hole located in the upper center of the IBC tank and performs the mixing process. The form and number of pallets are selected according to the viscosity and structure of the product it will work with.
