Product Features

They are dispersion process machines used to reduce the particles in the product by breaking them in a closed system with high performance and to obtain a homogeneous structure while liquid / semi-liquid products are transferred on the line. Inline mixer machines have intertwined, high-speed rotating rotor & stator system heads. Inline mixers can be designed with rotor & stators of different diameters, single or multi-pass, according to process requirements.

Provides high homogenization for emulsions and suspensions in the right process applications. The product is fed to the machine with inlet diameters between DN32–DN100 and after processing between the rotor–stator, it is discharged to the tank with a DN25–DN80 outlet pipe.

Configuration is customized according to product formulation, additives, pre-processing machines and operating conditions.
