The automatic tank washing unit is designed to clean tanks used in pilot production facilities quickly and effectively with hot water. Tanks are washed with minimum clear water and labor; maximum efficiency is achieved. It has multiple washing heads mounted on a common chassis but can work independently. It saves space with its design and offers ease of cleaning.

Washing heads are designed according to the tank sizes to be worked on. Multiple tanks are quickly brought under the washing head with minimum personnel and the process is started. The head is placed inside the tank in accordance with ISG. Standard and serial washing processes are performed with a PLC controlled automation panel. The operator panel includes a control box for head movement and start/stop operations.

The chassis is made of epoxy painted carbon steel, and the heads are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It is specially configured according to the number and dimensions of the tanks.
